Research Interests
Biocompatible & functional polymers to conjugate therapeutic agents; multifunctionl nanocarriers for treatment of cancer and infectious diseases; synthesis, modification and processing of natural and synthetic polymers such as polysaccharides, proteins, poly(a-hydroxy esters) etc.; stimuli responsive hydrogels and anisotropic nanofibrous scaffolds for musculoskeletal & peripheral nerve regeneration; ceramic and metallic implants; physico- & bio-chemical properties of tissue engineering scaffolds
